No matter where the customer comes from or where has he/she previously interacted with us, the staff will be able to give proper guidance. We are a slow fashion brand and we do not motivate our customers to buy new pieces of clothing they already possess. Instead, we motivate our customers to practice responsible consumption. We believe that by producing long-lasting garments we are making the biggest difference we can. That is why we have a lifetime warranty policy for all functional products. Additionally, we offer our registered members a repair service. A reasonable repair is free of charge. Since we want our customers to wear our items as long as possible, we support them with detailed information on how to properly care for their garments.
