          Franchisee’s responsibilities:

          • With the support of the franchisor, localize the MAYA MAYA smart store
          • Create the best team possible
          • Manage the stock properly to increase the sales
          •  Manage the local marketing activities and participate in the global ones
          • Local staff training and management
          • Reach the best possible turnover/m2

           FRANCHISOR’S RESPONSIBILITIES:

          • Planning and ordering
          • Financing the stock
          • Managing the global marketing activities and the digital approach in general
          • Managing the smart store
          • Managing the e-commerce store
          • Logistics
          • Global staff training

          3. You will receive a short description of the franchise system and the contracts.

          4. You will receive the Heads of Terms (HOT) and a business plan simulation, where you can check the profitability of your future MAYA MAYA store.

          5. You will receive the final contract.

          6. You will start creating the store and fitting the stock.

          7. Your opening day.
